Here are some things I regard about the world of LOST:

I don't believe in hardcore theories.

I really couldn't care less about theories about the most underlying and complex parts of show. One because they are too complicated and two because I don't think the writers would think about it; and they now know that they have to make it easy for people to understand so that they can get more ratings.

I believe Heroes is a copy-cat show.

Heroes is still a good show but when LOST was made on ABC other TV networks thought that they should take risks. Causing NBC to make Heroes; a show that if you think about it has some of the same attributes:

Mohinder AND Sayid
Sun and Jin AND Hiro and Ando

And of course...

The Grim Reaper Cometh...

A great man once said; "We're the good guys". Is this true or is it one of Ben's magnificent lies that seemed to reveal themselves in the episode. In a nutshell this episode had:

Guns

DrugsExecution
ExplosionsMythology
RevengeAnd... a tad bit of Skin!

What up Doc?

What has happened to the Doctor? Or should I say Doctors. Ray and Jack look really bad, one of them is dead and Jack has a "stomach bug".

Lets start with Ray. Who killed him? Why was he killed? Did Sayid and Desmond see him being killed? Last time we saw him he introduced Michael to Des and Sayid, so how did he get from that to a corpse.
What's up with Jack? He was fine last time we saw him. Was he poisoned by Dan or Charlotte? I best guess he was to get him off their back.

"Calm down, Chicken Little"Well, It was all going off in New Otherton today. Death, explosions and the return of that big puff of smoke. I extremely loved the start where Locke, Hurley and Sawyer were playing Risk and they were talking like it was life and death. Twas a good tone for the rest of the episode and maybe the season.

It's boiling here!
Michael Emerson is arguably the best actor on LOST and the way he acted his butt off in this episode is speechless. Now back to the show, How did get from the island to Tunisia. Here is my theory:
Remember Isaac from Australia, the guy who was gonna heal Rose. He said "There are certain places with great energy -- spots on the Earth like the one we're above now. Perhaps this energy is geological -- magnetic. Or perhaps it's something else. And when possible I harness this energy and give it to others." When Rose couldn't be healed he said this place isn't right for her but the island is the only place that could heal her. Isaac said that there are other places with great energy, I think the island is one of them ofcourse but Tunisia is as well. I can back this up with Charlotte finding the Dharma polar bear in Tunisia. The island can teleport or even time travel in this instance to other places with great energy. That is how the Polar Bear and Ben got there. But where did 'Action-Ben' come from? He really did Kung Fu those guys!

"...Charlie?"Poor Claire. Nothing seems to be going right with her. First off her boyfriend dies, Secondly she nearly got blown up and finally she left Aaron with Hurley who made a crib with a box and a cushion!

**SPOILER AHEAD**

In the finale, recent spoilers have said that there is a spectacular kiss that will complicate the triangle. I think the kiss is between Sawyer and Claire. He seems to be the hero now and you know how girls like a brave man!

I hate Widmore.Nothing seems to be getting better for Sayid either! He finally finds the love of his life and she gets killed by Widmore's men. Earlier in this blog I posted my theory on Why Sayid is working for Ben and I was right! WOO HOO!

I also hate Martin Keamy.

I think everyone watching LOST at that moment had the same expression on their face as Ben. He made out that he didn't care for Alex but when that bastard from Florida killed her we all know he really did. But who changed the rules? Jacob? Widmore? Who?

Good Ol' Smokey!Where did Ben go when he went through his secret door in his secret room? We know he must've done something because our favourite monster returns but returns ravid. Can people control Smokey or can you ask it for help?

This leads me to another question. Who would win in a fight?

"I have to say goodbye to my daugher..."I really felt sorry for Ben this episode. 'Nough said.

I can't wait for Jacob!Even though he looks a bit moody there, I think Locke is more excited than anyone to see Jacob.

... Or hear him.

So that's it. An episode jammed with a season's worth of action. So what's next? What will happen to Jack? Is Keamy and his team dead? Is Sayid and Desmond ok? What will happen when they find Jacob?
All these questions will hopefully be answered in the next episode of LOST titled "Something Nice Back Home".

>: THEORY - Why Sayid is working for Ben

**SPOILERS AHEAD**

Twas Episode 3 'The Economist' and one of the biggest cliffhanger moments happened... Sayid is a hitman... working for Benjamin Linus.

We all know Sayid's hatred of Ben since Season 2 when Mr Linus was going under the alias of Henry Gale.

My name is Sayid Jarrah, and I am a torturer.

So why would he be working for Ben? Here is my theory why:

From recent Spoilers thanks to Ryan@Hawaii Blog, Pictures have risen of a possible flash forward of Christian Shepherd's funeral which the Oceanic 6 attend. Thing is, Sayid is with a gal... a gal who looks a lot like Nadia.

My best guess is if that woman is indeed Nadia, that Sayid's flash forward (4xo3 - The Economist) is in fact after this "flash forward" which is rumoured to be a Jack episode.

Now that we have 'established' that Nadia is alive with Sayid, we know have to analyse the reason he is working for Ben. Using other upcoming spoiler photos of 4x09. It shows that Ben is in the desert spying on Sayid at a funeral. It is in fact Nadia's funeral:

This is where my theory comes into tact. I reckon Nadia was killed by Widmore's men, Sayid can't face it and so goes into hiding. Knowing this Ben (Who is somehow off the island) proposes to Sayid to be his hitman and kill everyone of Widmore's men leading Sayid to avenge Nadia's death.
